AGENDA.

1. To consider proposals to surrender certain War Departuent

land at Victoria and Kowloon, Hong Kong, to the Civil

Goverment who will provide alternative accommodation

elsewhere as required. (see Memorandum A).

2. To consider the financial aspect in relation to the conditions

of the Colonial Military Lands Act etc.

3. To consider the proposal for establishment of a Joint Navel

and Military Canteen (see Hemorandum B).

4. Any other questions arising out of the above. (see

Memoranduri C).
